Welcome to TreeBird, a brand owned by SunProfit OÜ (LLC). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

TreeBird offers eco-friendly dental floss, bamboo toothbrushes, and related products through our online store. The purchase of these products from this website (www.treebirdeco.com) is intended for customers located in the United States and Canada.

2. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

3. Shipping Policy

Currently, TreeBird ships only to the United States and Canada. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the resulting return handling and reshipping costs.

If you would like your order reshipped, the following charges will apply:

Return Processing Fee – $2.70 per returned item, covering the costs associated with handling the returned item.

New Shipping & Handling Fee – $6.99 for reshipping the order to the corrected address.

If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, applicable return handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

4. Payment Processing and Foreign Transaction Fees

Payments on this website may be processed through international payment providers. TreeBird is a brand owned by SunProfit OÜ, a company registered in Europe. While orders may ship from our U.S. warehouse, some banks or card issuers may apply a small foreign transaction fee depending on the customer's payment method.

These fees are applied by the bank or payment provider and are not charged or received by TreeBird.

5. Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the conditions below regarding refunds, returns, replacements, and exchanges.

Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund and may request photographs or other information to help us resolve the issue. Where a return is required due to an error on our part, TreeBird will cover the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind: For hygienic reasons, refunds or exchanges on opened products are not accepted. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a $2.70 return handling fee per returned item will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Incomplete Packages: If your order arrives damaged, opened, empty, or with items missing, please contact us promptly and retain all original packaging. We may require photographs of the package, shipping label, damage, and/or contents in order to investigate the claim with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider. Refunds and replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis following our review of the available information.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and code, is owned by TreeBird or used with permission. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
