TreeBird offers eco-friendly dental floss, bamboo toothbrushes, and related products through our online store. The purchase of these products from this website (www.treebirdeco.com) is intended for customers located in the United States and Canada.

To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

3. Shipping Policy

Currently, TreeBird ships only to the United States and Canada. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for all related handling and shipping costs. If a refund is requested, we will process a refund of the order total minus these costs.

If you would like your order reshipped, you will be charged:

• Return Processing Fee – covering the costs associated with handling the returned item - $2.49
• New Shipping & Handling Fee – an additional fee of $6.49 for reshipping the item to the correct address.

4. Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund Policy below for conditions regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

• Incorrect or Damaged Items: Contact us within 14 days if the product is incorrect or damaged. We will provide a replacement or full refund. We will cover the cost of shipping the return of incorrect items.
• Change of Mind: For hygienic reasons, refunds or exchanges on opened products are not accepted. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days, with the customer covering return shipping.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
